Foster An Animal

The greatest need for foster animal care is orphaned kittens, from newborn to a few weeks of age, and pregnant cats and new mothers with kittens.  Occasionally we have a dog that needs special care and a foster home is ideal.  Foster homes must be licensed by the State of Illinois; Happy Tails arranges and pays for licensing.
